What size should I choose?
We recommend choosing your regular size for the best fit, as our garments are designed to match standard sizing. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed and comfortable feel, or sizing down if you prefer a more tailored silhouette. For a precise fit, you can refer to our detailed size guide, which includes exact measurements and tips to help you find the perfect match for your body shape.
Are your garments suitable for everyday wear?
Yes, our pieces are crafted to support a wide range of activities, from everyday wear to special romantic occasions. They are built with high-quality, lightweight, and breathable materials to ensure stability, comfort, and timeless elegance throughout the day.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress in real time. Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, shipping times may be slightly extended.
Can I return or exchange my items?
Yes, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14–30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Our support team is always available to guide you through the process and make it as smooth as possible.
